The subject property is a proclaimed (Not serviced) township for sale. The property was previously marketed as - River Home Estate - and is developed on a portion of land totaling approx 55 hectares adjacent to the town of Villiers and on the banks of the Vaal River. This was to be developed in 3 Phases on 3 different properties. Department of agricultural only approved the subdivisions of the 1st phase (Villiers x 9) and the other 2 phases were shelved.
